The gated community of Carillon is home to some great shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of amenities at Carillon: including 3 pools (1 heated), 2 tennis courts, kiddy pool, basketball court, bike rentals, and plenty of beach front to enjoy. Speaking of the beach, your rental includes chair and umbrella reservations with the cabana beach service. Enjoy live music at “Grooving on the Green” on Wednesdays during season.

Downstairs: Master bedroom with 4 post King bed and TV, full bath with his/hers sinks, shower and tub, walk-in closet, Guest bedroom with 2 double/full size beds, TV and full bath, laundry room with adjoining outdoor shower.

The House Layout

This is a large and spacious home that is within 100 feet of the beach. Sleeps up to 9 people in beds. Decorated for entertaining with an inviting lower level.
There is also plenty of porch space for enjoying the views and fresh gulf breezes, one on the 1st floor, one off of the living area on the 2nd floor, on off of the dining area, and one on the third level observation deck.

Upstairs: Kitchen, dining area, guest bedroom with Queen size bed and twin bed, TV, and full bath. The living room, with TV, has a vaulted ceiling that is built like a ship’s hull and is arranged for watching TV on one end or relaxing on the other.
